  This place is a joke. Long waits, non-english speaking cashiers, messed up orders... I got sick of waiting so I went to White Castle.

  I could only pay with cash which was not explained until after we placed our order and got to window 1. The card machine had not been down since the dining room closed at 10 pm. There were people just driving away without any food. I just happened to have cash and the food was fabulous.

  I've eaten in this place in past years, but today it wasn't nearly as good of an experience as usual. I had to wait even with no one in line for ordering or food pick up. A manager was at the front, who eventually took my order, but was initially too busy having a cordial conversation with another employee. After I paid, she told me that she didn't have my change. It wasn't a large amount, but I would never have expected this from any restaurant. Today's less than nice experience will not keep me from going back, since I've had better experiences before; And if the poor service continues, I will have to assume it's the current crew that has gone downhill.

  Surprisingly good experience today. Great customer service. The young man was polite, quick and gave us an accurate order. Another employee was sweeping the dining room and greeting customers. I am very impressed with the service here today. The food was basic McDonald's. You know what you are getting when you come to McDonalds.

  I've always enjoyed this McDonald's. But then again if you like McDonald's they're all pretty good. This one has a good location and I love the deals.
