  We love Thai food and have been comparing local restaurants. This one is right at the top. Service is very quick, and even on a Saturday night there was no wait, even though the place was busy. We ordered four different dishes and all were excellent. They are happy to adjust the spiciness to your taste. It's within walking distance of the Ordway, Rice Park, Landmark Center, and other downtown destinations. If you like Thai you won't be disappointed.

  Great food! Hot on the spicy scale is appropriately hot by Midwestern standards. Lunch service was a little slow, but a lunch buffet is available if you're in a hurry. EDIT: Revised from four stars to five. After patronizing Raum Mit Thai several more times, I have found the the food's quality more than makes up for the slow service during the lunch rush. The dining room is always quite full at noon, so it's no wonder that the kitchen falls a bit behind.

  Great Thai food but slow on the service side. If you have 1-1/2 to 2 hours for lunch order off the menu otherwise get the buffet. The Pad Thai is great! Have not eaten here for dinner.

  Horrible service, it seems like kids works at this place, I have been going this restaurant for 3 years the service is getting worst and worst. I order food for to go, by the time we got their the food was ready but I ask the guy if we can get a plate to seat and eat their since we have enough time on our break time. But the guy didn’t move at all from the door to go to check our food or tell the kitchen what is going on. So for the second time I ask if the food is coming or what is going on. He came and asked me what is your name I said for the third time my name is so and so, the other kid come through the food on the table, I looked at home and said you are not busy and we have time to eat it hire can we get some plates he said if you order to go, you are not allowed to eat hire and you don’t get plates. I said well we are not taking the food either paying you and left. I could have understood as a server and customer if the place was busy and no table to seat or kitchen is busy but this was a slow day on Monday at 5:30 just a bit a go. Horrible service and the owners as much as they take their food test and presentation seriously they need to higher adults who understand customer service and time manner. Will be back but hope this two kids are not working when I get back.

  Arrived at 6:10 on a Saturday for Dinner. Got seated and ordered right away. It took about 30 minutes to get our egg rolls and another 20 to get my soup appetizer. We never received our entrees as we had to leave at 7:40 for an 8pm show. Very slow service and kitchen. I had coffee and never once was asked if I wanted a refill. The apps were good, some points there. Wish I could have tried my main dish. I’m giving two stars as our waiter did offer us to not have to pay. We paid for the Apps and coffee, but not the non-existent entrees.
