  Loud construction going on. The girl was good, nice, but I really didn't want a conversation. No mental relaxation.

  On October 7th the day of my birthday I went to Massage Envy for a relaxing one hour massage. It was my first time there, I was given a form to fill out and choose the area I would like to focus on which was my shoulder, lower & upper back I was given a few minutes to get get confertable everything was off except for my underwear and watch. My Massage Therapist Crystal had no problem massaging the front of my body as she begin to massage the back of my body she said Im taking off your watch, me thinking maybe its in her way. she didn't put it with my clothes she put it where she had her warm towels. at the end of my massage I got dress and totally forget she took off the watch, when I remembered and called massage envy the watch was nowhere to be found. the Manager Paul said theres nothing they can do, that watch was a gift and meant everything to me. The massage was good but the memory of her taking off my watch is haunting me till this day, only God knows how much I regret getting a massage that day.

  Bought my wife a gift card with a free coupon for a facial for her birthday. She booked her massage and facial for the afternoon of her birthday because she was so excited. All went well until they couldn't figure out how to use the gift card I bought. To make a long story short a half hour later of time waisted trying to figure it out my wife ended up paying $90 out of pocket for her massage. I could get nowhere with the manager Paul. At the end I ended up getting refund. This was the first and last time I go to Massage Envy. Never again.
