  This is a great place to call home, though I've lately been on the road constantly. It's a great respite from the traffic that is way beneath you, though you won't escape the road noise completely! If an ambulance or police car goes by with sirens blaring, you'll definitely hear a little bit of it. Being between 2nd Avenue and Biscayne makes leaving the car platform a bit challenging—especially on the weekend or after a Heat game! Oh my goodness... Check your balcony before you leave!!! The building has had some problems lately, elevator errors (think the #3 and #4 elevator opening into your foyer when nobody has called it!!! One night, a pair of Airbnb guests wandered into my living room. Thinking they were burglars, I grabbed my pistol and cornered them. It was apparent in just five seconds that they were lost. They were scared... But we got it all fixed up without needing to bother Miami City. But that sort of thing could have dire consequences with someone else! Airbnb is widespread in the building, but very rarely found above the 55th floor. I'm on the 61st floor and the view is great. I used to be on the 49th floor at 900 Biscayne and thought that was great. Whew, I was wrong! The building has been a bit turbulent lately, but such is the Miami way of life! The in-building spa and hotel has changed hands twice and the staff rotate up and down the "Biscayne Wall". Condo fees (monthly) can range as low as $700 to as much as $3,500! So do beware and research the fees and assessments carefully. Security is never a problem as aside from the Airbnb scare the other week, the building is secure and nobody (and I mean NOBODY) is permitted in without you approving them. I've witnessed Miami City Police being held up while the staff alert the unit owner. Conflict of interest? Maybe. Loyal and thoughtful to residents? Definitely! You won't find a nicer building with great views all the way to Southpoint to the east and all the way to The Glades on the other side. Some days, I swear I can see the Chase building in Aventura! Dale mi gente...

  Very luxurious building. Very nice apartments. Nice customer service at entrance. Only thing is that it gets too crowded parking wise when hotel is full
