We came here for a business meeting. It was a good Hotel. Nothing to complain about. I like how it has a pool even though its kinda small. Everything went smoothly. Very clean rooms and decent customer service. AMAZING location as well!

The hotels location is great. Very accesible, especially if you're coming from the port via a cruise ship. The lobby is spacious and very modern looking. The rooms on the other hand are a bit outdated and need some attention. The service is great and everyone is very nice and eager to help. Overall, I've really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn at the Port of Miami.

Awesome staff at this hotel! Very friendly and helpful. Lobby is clean and updated. Pool is so-so, a little small. Rooms aren't terrible but could use a little updating. Overall a standard Holiday inn in a fantastic location. Worth the stay.

Close to American airlines arena, right across from great shopping mall, which has fun things to do like boat rides (I would suggest going on the thriller speedboat), also great restaurants near by! Roomwise, it was great, it had comfortable beds, room service, great breakfast downstairs. Also the customer service is amazing! Our plane landed late after many delays, so we thought we were going to be late to Miami heat vs Cleveland Cavaliers game, but thanks to the amazing guy at the counter, he knew that a game was happening so he made the process quick and easy. We were able to get showered and out of our room in a good time to watch the game! Great experience! (Pictures are from hotel room)

Perhaps these days there is much more competition, but that would not harm the occupancy at the Hotel's prime location at the Bay side. Almost year round you need to make reservations ahead. Because the hotel has a great view over the Bay port area. There is plenty of nightlife and leisure during the day just on walking distance from the Hotel. The picture and message on the broncs plaque inside the hotel still works for me and the staff. Just love it.
