::This evening I had the most exceptional customer experience at Loft - Gallery Place that I have EVER had as a consumer, period. Tina worked with me for over 45 minutes to return an online order three times, ensured that I successfully signed up for a Loft card because of the incredible promotion that was only being offered today (which took some VERY tough convincing on her part), made sure my return was applied to my Loft card, strongly encouraged that I shop around to use my store credit before the promotion ends even though the store was closing in 15 minutes, and helped me pick out one final item AFER the store had closed, just so I could get the most bang for my buck. Her sweet, caring, and extremely kind demeanor made me feel incredibly valued as a costumer. I never want to shop anywhere else ever again! Tina deserves all the praise in the world!! Way to go Loft for hiring such amazing staff members!!

::La tienda es muy mona. La ropa que venden también. Bastante sobria, de lineas claras y buenos tejidos la mayorÃa de las veces. El precio normal es bastante carete, pero siempre tienen alguna oferta que merece la pena. Los dependientes de la tienda fueron simpáticos, excepto una de ellas que fue un poco seca.
