  Locked ourselves out of our company vehicle on an emergency gig, and these guys are the best Houston locksmith that we have used. Johnny was very courteous and was there very promptly. Highly recommended.

  Definitely would NOT recommend using pop-a-lock, especially if you are in a hurry to get somewhere. The whole ordeal took 4 hours. I called in at 1:30 and the lady said someone would be out there in 30-40 min. At 3 I called to get an update and they said the dispatcher would get in touch shortly. 3:30 rolls around and I call back. Finally the "technician" calls me to tell me he'll be there in 20-30 min. It took him 1 hr 45 min. He blamed the traffic even though he mentioned he wasn't too far down the highway. He showed up in his personal car and jumped out in t-shirt and gym shorts. Very professional....

  There service Sucks, Sorry to be rude but they have answering service which uses independent guys for there service, After I called they told me someone will be there to open and key my car I waited 2 hours and guy called me at 11 pm apologising that he cannot come until tomorrow morning, now I am stuck without my car been opened at 11 pm in night when I called back the answering service she hung up on me. BE AWARE DON'T USE POP A LOCK EVER.

  Left me waiting for over an hour. I called to check the ETA. Waited another 20 minutes. Than got a call just to say no one was ever coming....seriously? I recommend MH Roadside assistance for anyone in Houston. They got there within 10 minutes and charged less then pop a lock.
