  After buying a second hand car for my wife I discovered that the only key it came with did not work properly. Each time starting the car took her nearly 15 minutes. I went out the the shop at 8:30pm and the owner had met us there leaving his gym time to help us. He gavee 2 keys that work perfectly and all faster than my wife could start the car. Will definitely use his service again for all my lock and key needs.

  This guy came and helped me with my key almost 2 hours after his stores closing time. He was very professional and helpful. Most definitely the place to come for your key needs! Good man!!

  Would have had five stars except for some reason Howard Safe & Lock has decided to allow a very rude woman to answer the phone. Google maps lists the hours as 8am-11pm, so I called just to verify when the shop closed. The woman who answered acted as if she couldn't be bothered answering a simple question. Fortunately, when we arrived the man working at the counter was very pleasant. There needs to be improvement with the interactions on the telephone with potential customers.

  On this past Good Friday, I stopped by Howard Safe and Lock to have a second key made for my Nissan Versa. The owner greeted me as I came in and handle my request in less than 10 minutes, although they appeared to be pretty busy with many customers. I was happy with the attention and service I received.

  They came out same-day and even called to let me know they could be early to my appointment window. They fixed an antique crystal bathroom door knob and installed a new code-key front door lock. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. This is our second time using Howard Safe & Lock. They have provided stellar service both times on different projects. Highly recommend!
