  i called about a replacement car key. the message that the car was keyless/push to start was lost somewhere between my phone call and the tech. i was informed the key could be ordered, overnighted, and i would have it in a couple days. 7 days later after multiple calls to try to speak to a supervisor, which i never received, i was informed the wrong key had been ordered. my money was refunded immediately. the tech and the people answering the phone were nice and communicated with me. but holy hell don't use this co to get a car key unless they can cut or program it right then and there.

  Moses was great. Responsive, very quick to arrive, friendly, professional and fair. Locked myself out of my house...it was a simple job and easy fix -- and so was our business exchange. Real simple . I highly recommend.

  Awesome! They installed a variety of locks at my office for exterior and interior doors, file cabinets, storage cabinets, and desks. We had to get creative on some of the locks. Excellent service and workmanship. I feel like the price was fair for the work performed.

  Moshe is so helpful. The quality of your keys superb. No comparison to Lowe's or Home Depot....don't waste your time there. He knows what he's doing.

  This company as a whole was trash, I called this place due to their 4.7 rating and they couldn't dispatch a tech correctly to the address. I asked for answers from the supervisor no one called me back so I called back after 20 minutes and still no answer from the supervisor. Finally 2 hours later the tech came and I can honestly say the technician (Aaron) was the only one with great customer service. Don't use their service.
