  While the decor in the home is very nice, our room was not very clean. We were told we could help ourselves to glasses provided in the hallway sitting on a table. We decided to utilize them for water. Unfortunately, every glass we picked up was filthy and stained with what appeared to be dried up juice pulp. The owner shared it was due a previous housekeeper. We were in a room with a toilet that had a tank on wall that had a pull down chain for flushing. Each time we pulled the chain to flush after use, water would spill out the top showering all over us. During breakfast, we were served milk that was soured. While the owner apologized, we felt it was unacceptable. The owner was very nice, but we were extremely disappointed. We will not return here.

  Had a wonderful time! The room was so nice and comfortable. It's always fun to catch up with Marie and her family! Walking to the local restaurants, the park and seeing the beautiful architecture is a blast.

  Marie is a gracious host and an excellent cook. We stayed for 3 days and loved every minute of it. The house has great energy ant lots of character. Looking forward to staying again!!!!!

  I had my skepticism about staying at a bed and breakfast, but after this weekend I have completely turned around my thinking. This was the best weekend I've ever had staying anywhere! The accommodations are beautiful, the owner/operator was incredibly welcoming and warm. The room was classic and elegant. I plan to use the fireplace next time I'm there. Oh, and lets not forget about the daily breakfast by yet another fireplace. Delicious, beautiful service, changes daily. I am most definitely staying here every year for our anniversary. Can't say enough. You will not be disappointed!!
