  Small SRO hotel for men only with easy access to public transportation. Reasonably priced for someone on a limited income who doesn't need any "bells and whistles." Rooms accommodate a twin bed, small 3 drawer dresser, a 3*3 ft square table with chair. Closet, sink and vanity in the corners, large window with louvred blinds. No toilets in private, individual rooms but there are shared facilities down the hall for bathing (showers and bath tubs) and separate room for toilets. Both of these rooms have sinks, countertops and mirrors. This is an older building which definitely could use modernization but the staff seems to do it's best to keep The Lincoln Arms clean.

  For one its a bad place dirty nasty people who should be in jail the cells er rooms have to share washrooms men only transients no women allowed the manager is mean man drunk

  I really dislike this place..whoever is answering the phone at night is very rude and dont have glue about customer service..I would never stay at a place with people like that answering phone.
