I went today and I loved it so much, they pay such a nice attention to you, I am very particular and I have a lot of requests and they are super patient with you. Also I had the best hair wash and my neck didn’t hurt at all lol it’s my spot since now

I don't know about the other stylists, but I took my friend's recommendation and asked for Rin. I had No Regrets whatsoever. As a guy, my haircuts are normally less than half an hour, but Rin spent over an hour trimming my hair with her deft hands and a pair of scissors. It's also my first time experiencing someone layering my hair. She's highly detailed and professional despite her age. I highly recommend her.

This place might do good hair color & cuts because my cut was fine & from what I can tell in the photos, the color looks good but, just a warning.... DO NOT get a keratin treatment here. I thought it was a good deal. Only 180 for the treatment with wash & free full-sized shampoo & conditioner to bring home. They only charge tax if you use a credit card by the way so keep that in mind. Anyway, they convinced me to get a haircut too since it had been a while so that tacked on another 70 dollars. It wasn't really a $70 worthy cut but it was good & the guy was very nice & talkative. The wash before the cut was also done by a very nice guy in one of the most comfortable salon chair & sink combos I have ever been in. I was just so sad and felt like not only I was ripped off but my boyfriend too because he gave me the money to go there & get the keratin done for Christmas. I noticed that the guy only used the brush on the roots, which isn't want they usually do when I get it done, but I figured that was healthier so I didn't worry too much until I noticed that he was barely using any product. I didn't noticed this until he was almost done & reached the front of my head where my roots looked virtually dry after he passed the brush over it. Still, I tried not to panic because I figured he knew what he was doing & that he'd maybe brush it through. Everyone that worked there kept watching what he was doing closely as if they were worried he wasn't doing it right but he said he had been doing hair for a while, although he looked young, so I trusted him. Anyway, as I left with my hair looking nice & tipping him & the guy who washed my hair over 20%, I went home gloating about the great deal & friendly service, planning on going back to get my hair dyed within a month. I have gotten keratin done elsewhere more than 6 times already & although my experience is always different, the result is always the same. Nice, straight, manageable & weather proof hair. I am well aware that I am not supposed to get it wet & not wash it for at least 48hrs although I usually wait 72hrs & sometimes even go over trouble spots to ensure everything goes well. As soon as I washed it after 3 days of keeping it dry & straight.... I wanted to cry. My hair barely looked straighter than it did before I went in, so I basically spent all that time & money on a couple bottles of hair product, a very basic hair cut, some nice smiles & a good wash. I didn't want to get the guy in trouble or put myself through the pain & stress of trying to get a refund or ask them to fix it since it is so time consuming & I've never had luck with such situations in the past, so since then I have just been going over the entire thing every time I wash it with one of those electric hot brushes but it's annoying because I have to touch it up every day. I felt so bad for my boyfriend because he noticed the difference compared to when I usually get it done & he was frustrated that he had given me all of that money as a Christmas gift & I wasn't happy but it wasn't his fault & on top of all of that, my coworkers were the ones who pushed me to go to this place. Either they only got cuts & dye jobs or they just don't know how to deal with hair that isn't straight here but please, save yourself from wasting precious time & money & don't get a keratin treatment done here.
