::Only good if you know exactly what you want and it's a style from 10 years ago. Went to this shop for balyage highlights. Specified I wanted colour tone to go with my skin tone and not look too streaky / like a tiger. Veronica overapplied, creating a streaky, over-processed look. Needed to tone about 3 times to get to a colour I could walk out with. My hope is that the colour will lift over the next few weeks and I can correct at a better salon with some low-lights.
