  The walls are very thin, so you will hear everything in the rooms near by and they will hear everything in your room. So speak quietly if you do not want your conversation to be overheard. Rooms a very, very small. Despite being small, the rooms are clean and well put together. The bed is great. However this is not a place to come relax due to the fact that you can hear everything from the other rooms and they can hear you. You can tell that a lot of locals who are somewhat low lives stay here. For $20 extra you could stay at the Westin, which is what I will do next time I am in town.

  Convenient 15 min walk to House of Blues. Room was clean with newer furnishings. Valet parking attendants were efficient and helpful. Sliding barn door to the bathroom was odd. The door closer on the utility/laundry room that was a couple rooms down needs adjusted. Employees entering/exiting alowed it to slam closed from 3am onward which was quite annoying.

  Stayed there on a business trip. Room was good. But someone was playing there music too loud could hear over the TV and the train tracks across the street were loud. Room needed better sound protection. Did not realize you had to pay $25.00 a day for parking. Room was too small to fit all they had crammed in it. Many other hotels in the area would have been a better choice. Also for got my sonic care tooth brush in the room noticed a few hours later and called the hotel said they did not find anything, stayed other places and they called when I forgot something in the room. Instead of keeping it or throwing it away

  The room was kinda tight for 2 adults but the bed was very nice and comfy. The shower was roomy & clean, with updated fixtures and great water pressure. The fridge was not getting cold at all and basically useless. Within walking distance from everything downtown. BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME! They had everything. Pancakes, waffles, sausage, bacon, eggs, yogurt, fruit & more. Great stay. If I was in different company for that trip, I would have stayed a day or two longer for sure.

  This is a very nice hotel that is conveniently located within walking distance of many Dallas sights, tours and museums. We arrived to the hotel early morning and was surprised they had a room ready for us. The staff that we interfaced with at check-in and check-out were very friendly. The rooms are small, but very nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are updated, very hot water, and good water pressure in the shower. Our room had a microwave and mini-fridge which was an added bonus. The breakfast was excellent! I looked forward to the waffles daily. I visited the lobby bar for happy hour one day and was not disappointed. The only reason I didn't give this hotel 5 stars is because the rooms are kind of small and the elevators were slow.
