::Nice establishment. Friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The gym, however, needs updating. Located down town with a lot of available outdoor activity and sights.

::So, we just got here and it's off to a bad start. I'm on a business trip and, since this is my first time, I didn't know that I was going to be reimbursed, and I didn't know that I hadn't been charged yet. When she tried to "authorize my card," it kept getting declined. When I asked what amount she was trying to charge, she said that it's not charging anything, it's just authorizing and that I should call my bank to see if they would authorize it. I called; that didn't help. She finally told me the amount, and it was ridiculous! $616. The room was supposed to be $155/night, and we're tax exempt, so that total was extremely high. She said that they need to authorize an amount that's higher than the total would be. She never said why. She did happen to mention we got the government rate (lol, okay?) like that was going to make it all better. Then I asked her again about the amount because I was truly flabbergasted, and she had an attitude about it towards me, and she had no attitude whatsoever towards my colleagues. I guess just because I didn't know and I didn't have the $616 she was trying to charge me, she could treat me like I'm some bum. I'm cordial through the whole thing, even though I'm seething inside, completely embarrassed, but I'm nice outwardly. I explain to her that I did not know beforehand that it was going to be this way, and she just sorta shrugged it off. I got it handled, and was able to pay for the room. By this point, my colleagues have already gone to their rooms. I ask the lady what rooms they're in, and she basically refuses to tell me. Like we didn't just all get out of a car together. She says, "Oh, they're all on different floors." Okay...that doesn't answer my question. I just gave up and went to my room. This hotel is not worth the customer service. Also, the money was charged and came out of my account, so she lied about that.

::The service was impeccable! I arrived early in the day unsure that they might be able to get me into my room, but Alexandria and Vince were so welcoming and found the perfect room for me. They gave me some perfect suggestions for lunch that fit my dietary needs. I will definitely visit Dallas again and will be staying at this hotel. Thank you Alexandria & Vince.

::Unmotiviertes Personal, Zimmer sehr laut da die ganze Nacht Musik in den Fluren gespielt wird und die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind.
