  if i can give this Hotel a negative then i would! Dirty dirty rooms, Toilet leaks, sink clogged, Rude Front desk staff!! Out of stock for Breakfast

  We have always enjoy our stay at every La Quinta we've ever stayed at and this was no different. Justin exemplified the service we expect when we book a stay at any La Quinta. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I truly enjoyed my birthday, thanks to your great service. #TeamJumoke

  The place is nice for a few days halt at Phoenix. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Staffs are very cooperating. Room service is also very good. Complimentary breakfast is available.

  We got the executive suite. It has two double beds and a double sofa bed. It also has 2 air conditioners. The room is huge. They have an amazing continental breakfast. The housekeeping staff Angie was awesome! I booked on expedia and got 2 nights for $200.00. Also pets stay free.

  La Quinta should of passed on buying this property. It is a mess. We usually seek out La Quinta because they are clean, nice, friendly and not sketchy. This hotel did not fit any of these. Our 1st room did not have a working bathroom. And the toilets were not clean. We called the office where we were put on hold. He never came back on the phone. I tried to call repeatedly and got a busy signal. We walked to the office where the attendant was in the back watching t.v. The beds looked and felt like they had been broken in the middle. Had we not been exhausted after driving all day and expecting a nice hotel, we would of left. Surprised again La Quinta invested in this property. Doesn't fit your standard.
