I'm really not sure where to start, lots of room for improvement. I can pretty much relate to all the reviews. And it being priced the way it is there's no surprise the crowd it attracts. They are people too and some may not have made the best choices in life but it's there's to do so. And I'm sure they are grateful to have a place to stay for a night or so

It is what it is - a cheap hotel, however the staff in the office are friendly and accommodating. It is an old hotel and it shows, but as the saying goes - you get what you pay for.

Do not stay here even if it is the last open room in Phoniex. I had to ask for a TV remote. A/C unit all but non functioning Pet policy cost me a beautiful 6 week old kitten. They say they have a pet policy, but they do not. Every 2 hours I got up to use my remote start to keep the car cool for them. Apparently one of my cats hit the power window button and Tyger escaped. Those pictures of my little Tyger who is now missing. I am in tears and beyond words. They didn't even offer to help find the little one. They are just beyond pathetic. I beg of you not to stay here! This place is a dump.

Please listen..... this place is nasty, dirty. Do NOT go here. This is not an exaggeration. Never, never again. I would give less than 1 star if I could. Don't try it.

Decent to sleep for the night but you don't feel safe by any means. The door has major damages and it's almost painful to open and shut close to impossible. If the light switches were black from dirt. When the owner tells you at check in to leave the room like you found it so he could rent it to someone after you leave... that says alot. Definitely over priced for what you get. Ice machine was even broken.
