::Worst Krystal in Memphis they suppose to stay open 24 hours but quick to hop on the speaker and say there closed. And will not pick up the phone when you try to call. FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF. There just a bunch of Rac it!

::Gross. Gross. Gross. My coworkers named it "the greasy spoon" and they weren't kidding! You can legit, press the bun down on ur burger and wring out the grease. Well, that's only if you can make it far enough to even eat, if you don't break your neck sliding across the nasty ass greasy floor. You get what u pay for has never been a more true thing! They might be cute little burgers, but they're just nastiness disguised as cute little burgers ! 🤢

::I consistently have to check my bag when I go to Krystal becuase they always forget something...like my sausage this morning. Also, I ordered an extra side of grits with my 3 egg breakfast this morning and the grits were not even done, EXTREMELY grainy, plus they were luke warm. If that part of the meal wasn't ready, all they had to do was say so and I would have ordered something else. You should not serve food that is not cooked regardless of what it is especially if it is supposed to be served cooked and hot.

::Great service. My platter was customized for me based on diet restrictions. My food was promptly brought to my table. The staff gave me area tourism information as well.

::Service was terrible! I've lived in Memphis all of my life and what used to be a booming eatery has turned into a disastrous mess. EVERY employee had an attitude! Had to give my food back TWICE and left very upset and unsatisfied. GIVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY ASK FOR, FRESH FOOD!! I wish I could give them a 0 rating. I HIGHLY recommend to any and everyone to NOT endure this catastrophe.
