  I absolutely love the wings. I just hate that I can never get through to them on the phone. Everytime I try to call in an order it just rings and rings. A couple of times I've called as many as 10 times back to back and my call didn't get answered once. But the guys in the kitchen cook it right Everytime. And the lady at the front has good customer service skills and is nice. I just wish she'd answer the phone because it's been plenty of times I've been in there waiting on my food and have watched her let the phone ring.

  They never answer the phone! Chicken is distasteful and customer service is POOR! I literally sat outside the facility, watching them not pick up the phone and there were NO CUSTOMERS INSIDE! I would rather drive the extra mile to the one off of sycamore view before going to that location.

  The wings were good, but the person who took my order over the phone and who was at the register when I arrived to pick up my food was horrible. He continued a side conversation the entire time I was in front of him. Better customer service is what's needed in a lot of places.

  Very excellent food. Was greeted immediately at the front counter. It was a much longer wait for the food to be prepared then expected! Customer service employee did apologize for the food not being ready sooner. God bless them all! I recommend stopping By! If you have already haven't! It's work the wait!
