::If you want pizza in new york that lives up to the hype, but only have a short time/want to stay at Manhattan, this is a great choice. The slices are inexpensive but so good. We're got there and there was a line out the door, but it moves quick and it's very much worth it. Bonus is its right near a nice little green space to eat your slice in and that's plenty of other places to check out after (the donut project makes a great dessert)

::Ok for a quick slice, but pretty expensive ($4 for one slice of pepperoni) and the place is cash only. You won't be blown away and you won't be disappointed by the pizza here. The crust is the best part of their pizzas. A bit crispy on the bottom but still maintains its chewiness. The sauce is pretty traditional Neapolitan... It tastes like pureed tomatoes and not much else. The Sicilian style (thick sqaures) has a very crispy, almost crunchy crust, but the thickness and chewiness of the dough makes it very enjoyable. Overall, just average pizza that's a little overpriced.

::The pizza was delicious. We didn't have to wait long in line or for our food but even if we did it would have been worth the wait. It was fun to sit and look at all the photos of the celebs who have eaten there too. If your in the area, I highly recommend you grab a slice of Joe's Pizza.

::I do not do or normally do reviews but I wanted to say a few words about this pizza place which is a gem. We were running around looking for a slice of pizza and found this place just by chance. It is the most delicious pizza we have ever had and will tell my friends to go as well. I love pizza so I am hard to please. My boyfriend and I went in and we were served right away. It is the best pizza ever and so yummy. We are going back again even if we are not from this neighborhood. My Mom lives around here so we did stumble on this place by chance. Thanks Joe's Pizza you are the best place to eat pizza.. Thanks for the service and the food was great. Tell your friends about this place you won't be disappointed...

::NOT. Really, not good. For one, it's a dump. Pizza, a cheese slices, was soggy, thin ,soft crust. Watery sauce which helped the cheese to slide off. Sauce ; too much and tasteless. Most NY City pizza is not very good. It was once but is no longer true. Thin, crispy , tasty crust. The cheese was higher quality and sauce was tasty and just the correct amount.
