  I am at the age where cooking has become more like work and I just did not want to do it anymore. I live alone so Inch Away is perfect for me. They designed the menu choices to fit my dietary restrictions and also to keep my bones strong and my weight constant. The food they prepare for an entire day is delivered at night to my apartment.   I have not found any diet plans that work until I discovered Inch Away Diet Food Delivery. They are the experts and choose what I eat based on my preferences. It is delivered every night. Whatever I get is what I eat for the day and the weight just comes off. I highly recommend it.
