  I will never go to this location again. The guy at the drive through was very rude. Did not say your welcome when i said thank you.

  I've always had good experiences with this locations delivery, and at the store... However, my kids both got sick after eating sandwiches at this location awhile back... When I called I was informed that I wasn't the first caller and a few others had gotten sick as well. Food prep is very important and I'm weary of this location ever since. However, staff has never once been rude to me here! Everyone always smiles and is kind! My order is always perfect too!

  Never Had A Problem Before With JJ Until tonight I order a sandwich for delivery it takes Half of forever I get the sandwhich begin to eat it and there's hair on it, I call up there the manger tells me everyone's hair is cut short and That I have to bring the sandwhich to them to see It's its in the trash!. Won't be ordering from here again. Terrible service . Bad attitudes

  While your slogan is "freaky fast" your quality attention is AWFUL. If you are not going to make the requested additions (whether they're "freebies" or additional cost i.e. cheese) or subtractions (i.e. no mayo) please just make it a standard that there will be no add ons, changes, or substations. Care is never taken to insure that the order is as requested.

  I hate Jimmy John's anyway because they have a VERY limited delivery area. But went thru the drive thru today for my son,got home and his order was wrong.
