  I used to work there - I was a line cook and had seen at least one management change. This general management change happened in February/March of 2016. This led to our staff of 35 people to be eventually whittled down to 22 people while doing record breaking business. The good employees got fed up and left and as they hired people, they were leaving as soon as they got in the door because of terrible management practices. Our employees and assistant managers had complained about the general manager several times to the corporate office across the street because of employee favoritism, not getting proper raises, poor quality control, poor employee treatment (while allowing other employees with bad behavior to keep their job), bad hirings, lack of hirings, among other things. What has happened since the 7 to 10 of the employees, that were actually keeping this play afloat, left is caused by the Godfather's corporate office in their refusal to listen and improve the situation. It's so bad that they can't even control their own employees anymore, letting them show up and leave whenever they want without repercussions. I'd recommend you eat elsewhere.

  Usually great experience. We love their taco pizza. Ordered taco pizza without onion, it had onion on in. No big deal they gave us a credit. Used the credit and they messed up that pizza, they replaced that pizza and this one had no sauce on it. At that point we decided just go to another location or not at all. Way to expensive to keep having issues. I'm thinking they need more training or better supervision.

  I called ahead to place my dine-in order. I specifically said it was for dine-in. When I arrived, I paid & asked for a water cup. They said it'd only be a few minutes. I got my water, napkins/silverware & sat down in the dining room. Not hard to find at all. Both servers (1 guy, 1 girl) both walked by me a couple times. After waiting 20 minutes, I flagged down the female server & asked about my pizza. She didn't know I was waiting for one. She went to ask the guy, and I heard them arguing about it. He didn't know where I went. She said I was sitting right there, and he got all exasperated & said "Oh my God, that's so annoying when they do that!" I told her I overheard, so she gave me a free cookie. She also said it had been ready & sitting in the window. I don't know how much common sense it takes to put 2 & 2 together???? I wish I could get my tip back.

  Tried calling multiple times phone just rang and rang after the recording once let the phone ring for 10 min. Go in there and the manager was just letting the phone ring. I then told her I had Been calling for and hour. The answer I got was I'm the only one answering calls. When she never answered a single call. The phone rang the entire 10 minutes I was in there never answered one call. The guy in front of me said he ordered 45 minutes before he got there. When he said I have a pick up order they had not even made it yet and still charged the gentleman. I was discussed with there service. Employees including manager has no idea what there doing.

  Ordered a pepperoni pizza online and it took over an hour to get here, only to be stale and all the pepperoni were falling off, like was it a cheese pizza and they just put the pepperoni on last minute in the warmer? So disgusted and disappointed! Don't waste your money! Will not have godfather's again!
