::After placing an order over the phone, we were told it would be delivered in 35 minutes. An hour later we receive a phone call saying that they do not deliver to our area. You would think that they would know that when you give them the address when you place the order.

::So the pizza didn't taste bad; however i was finally able to receive it only after the immensly long wait for the employee to try and wrap her mind around which one of two pizzas went into the correct pizza box. Upon pulling the two pizzas out of the oven she then looked at the two boxes and literally five times had to re-read what was written on the box. She would look at the pizzas with the most dumbfounded look then turn around and re-read the box. Then when it finally looked like the lightbulb upstairs turned on, she would turn around, see the pizzas... And just lost it... BUT WAIT, THAT'S NOT THE BEST PART! She DID finally make the decision on which box to put the pizza in... BUT SHE DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO CUT IT!!! Look people, if someone wants to smoke cannabis then that's their liberty as an American, but please for goodness sake at least be able to function just enough to preform your job even if cutting pizzas seems a little scary. Thank you. I'm done ranting.

::My order was a disgrace. My sandwich tasted like it had freezer burn and when I tried to explain this to manager Brett i felt as though he was calling me liar! Bret very rudely stated "I can guarantee you that none of our food has freezer burn because it none of it comes out of the freezer!" However he did state that a refund would be placed back on my card after he insisted I come and pick up cash from the store at first. And I am sure some of your products come from the freezer like the meat for example, either that or you guys are plucking chickens and slaughtering cows and pigs right there on sight. I am very disappointed with this service, and management i feel did not handle the situation in a professional manner. I have ordered from this location several times and this time definitely has me not wanting to ever order from any Domino's ever again!!
