  Just this evening (May 4th, 2018) I placed a $50 order with them for delivery. I got the pizzas and when I opened them, i was missing toppings I had ordered extra, part of the pizza didn't even have toppings and there was more sauce then toppings on it. I called in, to ask if they would remake the pizza the way I ordered it, after spending $50 on an order and was informed that they would not do it because it was an online order and i was told "they don't deal with that." So i asked to speak to an area manager or a general manager and was informed I would have to wait to be contacted by them. So here I sit with a $50 order and pizza I can not eat. Speaking with them over the phone was horrible. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life and our family will NEVER order from them again because of it. And we used to order almost every weekend. Do not order from them, and don't interact with them as you will also receive the worst customer service in your life. When all I simply called for was to have ONE pizza replaced and they couldn't even do that.

  Not good customer service name Monica who looked mean to other customers and yelled the customer. No good. Not recommended to come this shop never again.

  Always fast. Food is good. Thay always get the order correct.

  Terrible customer service. Delivery boy was a young punk who couldn't find my house. He had to call for help - which I am more than happy to give. When he still was not able to find my place, he thought it was appropriate to blame it on me. Evidently, it's my fault he wasn't able to read a map - as the exact address was provided. Pizza order was correct, did arrive timely and was hot.

  We had the best customer service in the store. They were so friendly, helpful & quick! I wish all food places had this staff!
