::I always order from here and I always get the same driver who is really sweet! He doesn’t talk but I’m in the hospital and he knocks and wait for a response he seems to never care for a tip even though I always tip him.. They are really fast and friendly when you call!! They truly stick to Jimmy Johns words!! Always a pleasure so much so that I am officially tired of it for a while.. I was ordering almost everyday for 2 months since I’ve been in the hospital and never not even one time did they mess up my order or were slow to deliver!!

::I ordered online for delivery to my office. The sandwich arrived in a timely manner, but my drink was missing. I called JJ's to request a refund for the drink, and the man I spoke to was very gracious and gave me a full refund for the inconvenience! I will definitely continue to eat at JJ's. Great food and great service!
