  The sandwiches I ordered were made with stale bread. The in store staff is rude one female didn't even try to help me and when I finally got her attention to order she was rude about it like I was bothering her.

  If I could give this place a 0 I would. Each time I order online it’s always an hour delivery and my order is wrong. Tonight I stopped in. Ordered my sandwich with no tomatoes due to allergy’s. The little ghetto loud guy working loaded my sandwich with tomatoes and completely made the wrong sandwich. This place has gone to hell.

  The server put on a smile and acted nice. The sandwich was terrible. It had tough stale bread.

  Sandwiches are fine (I have finally mastered my order and recommend the 9 grain bread upcharge) but anything but "freaky fast". I work .3 miles down the street, yes .3 miles, and the numerous times I have ordered from here, it takes around 35 minutes from the time I place the order, to get my food. I could walk there, order it, wait for it and walk back in less time. If they didn't claim to be freaky fast, I would say that's a tolerable amount of time but it's like their whole pitch. It is nice that they deliver to my office so my lazy butt doesn't have to go anywhere and delivery people are usually very pleasant.
