  Stopped by the Domino's Pizza on Oaklawn Avenue to pick up a "carry-out" ONLY Pizza special. The man at the counter said he could not take my order. That I would have to go to the app to place the order and then wait on it. I asked him again why he could not take my order. He said it would have to go through the app to be placed. Frustrated with the stupidity of the situation, I said forget it and walked out. Went two doors down to Open Sesame Lebanese Grill and ordered food. It was better food for me anyway. Won't be back to this Domino's location. Staff needs some training. Lost my business.

  Typically, this location is good. My experience today was not what I’ve come to expect out of this location. I called to get an update on my order since 40 minutes had passed. I was told the reason my order was taking long was due to a delivery driver getting stuck in an elevator. However, they admitted to not even having finished my order, regardless of the situation. The worse part, said it would take an additional 45 minutes to recover. Completely unacceptable. I cancelled my order, I will not wait an hour and a half for a medium pizza. The location also didn’t offer anything to make my poor experience better. They took the cancellation and hung up. Customer Service is dead.

  This place is right around the corner from our house so we go all the time. Now, I am pretty picky about my pizza. From the sauce to the crust to the amount of cheese and the even dispersment of the toppings. The pizza here is really good! Nice and crunchy crust but doesn't fall apart.

  They don't disclose when they are going to deliver your pizza and when you call after 10 times, they answer and say it will take 2 hours or longer. What is this. 2 Hours to get your meal. Not an American Standard at all. Last time i order and definitely not recommend. Worse Experience ever

  I ordered by calling in and they were able to find my account with just my name or number. I was surprised to see that my purchase was added to my account so it adds on to the rewards. Food is always so good. They are generous with their ingredients. I ordered it while driving home and it was fresh and ready.
