  Update to previous horrible visit. Dad wanted to stop because we were close by. OMG! Junkier than ever, price gone up to $7 for tge cheapest crummy wash. I wanted to leave, but he just wanted to hurry and go home. Huge waste of time and money. Stay away! Lots of problems. Stuck in line a long time because of equipment malfunction. Once the Mgr showed up it was a quick fix. !!!??? Young guy was friendly but the lady managing was gruff, inattentive and not accommodating. I got stuck again trying to get onto the track leading in. My wheels would spin. I told them I wasn't paying. She told me she would force ALL the cars behind me to back out and guide me out. I told her no, I was getting a free car wash. Was she kidding? I'd already been there in line a really long time. She met me outside the office with my refund. Wow.

  Bought the monthly access membership. The RFID tag rarely, if ever, works. The left side of the machine washes and cleans better than the right. Employees used a brush on my vehicle, only one dirty bucket to rinse brush, and didn't rinse between cars.

  DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Apparently new management changed the name to "Zips" and doubled the price. There is no justification for doubling the price from $3 to $7 and offering less service. I used to use this place weekly, but NO MORE. I asked the attendant to spray under wheels and was told that they don't do that anymore. What am I paying twice the price for?? I tried the "free vacuums" and the suction was useless. I also inspected the car and there was still grime on the bumpers and chrome. What a waste of time and money. NEVER AGAIN.

  TOTAL RIP OFF. This place USED to be my favorite. NO LONGER. New management changed the name to "Zips" and doubled the price. A basic wash that used to cost $3, now costs $7 with LESS SERVICE. They don't even spray the car before it goes into the wash! They supposedly offer "free vacuums" but most don't even work! Too bad I can't give it less than 1 star. ABSOLUTELY SUX.

  This place is called "Zips" now. A basic wash that used to cost $4 at Jett Express and $3 with the owner before that, now costs $7! So the price has doubled, but nothing has improved. Half of the vacuum bays don't have vacuums and the ones that do have terrible suction. I had to wait 10 minutes today for a vacuum, only to pull into the bay and discover the hose attachment had broken off. The staff is very unfriendly, too. What a ripoff. I will never return.
