  If there was a way to give0 stars I would! I am disabled and as a result have a Service Dog. I recently went to Cooper Street car washed to get my car washed. The exterior was muddy due to all the rain and road construction on my street. The inside of my car was clean except for 2 small areas where my service dog rides. I brought a small hand brush with me to help remove the hair more easily. I have been to this car wash before and never had a problem and was not charged more than $12.00. I went to this car wash because it is the closest to my house I was feeling horrible that day but HAD to get my car washed because the windshield was muddy and was becoming hard to see. I was waited on by Humberto #9761 I told him I wanted the basic wash for$12.00. He informed me I was going to be charged an additional $12.00 (DOUBLE) the cost because of my Service Dogs hair. At first I thought he was kidding but he was dead serious. I asked to speak with the owner and he said he didn't know the name of the owner! Remember he told me he was the manager. I told him 3 times that he was breaking a Federal law that he was in violation of ADA's ( American With disabilities act) but he said that was tough that this is the car washes policy. I have filed a Discrimination complaint with the U.S Department of justice Cival rights Division Since my attempt to deal with the car wash themselves fell on deaf ears. This car wash needs to know not only it's immoral to treat people this way they are in violation of a federal law which is a Felony The owner is lucky, I'm not sue happy person however I'm sure an attorney would have a field day with this one.

  Great job with everything. New owners in the last year or slightly more and I’ve been happy every time I come here. No pushy sales. Honest, hard working and fast but clean and neat.

  While I am happy with how clean my car is, I am not happy that they left the key in the ignition. I left my car to have it detailed, 4 hours later I could not get an answer on the phone and drove back. When I arrived, I was told that my car was dead. Why they couldn't call me to inform me of this 3.5 hours earlier is beyond me. They consulted with the mechanic they have onsite and he said my alternator was out. Long story short, a trusted mechanic ran a diagnostics test and found nothing wrong with my car. SKETCHY and would not recommend.

  Cooper Street Car Wash delivers an excellent service. I usually go around lunch and get the basic wash for 12.00. They do a great job wiping down everything and making sure Windows and dash are spotless. It does take a little longer than some, but I say it's worth the wait!!!
