::Extremely poor service. I first pulled up to inquire about the services they offer and decided to go with the 29.99 full service wash. As soon as I was directed to pull into the drive thru wash the first guy there ruined it for me. He didn’t direct my car properly where to go into the wash instead laughed as my car didn’t go onto the roller ball the right way and just pointed at the mirror on top. I’ve never been to a car wash where they didn’t direct you into the wash the right way. The topping on the cake was where he got his brush and slammed it on my back windshield. It made me feel very uneasy about the “full service” car wash that I was about to receive so instead I went back to the manager who by the way was very demeaning and rude. All I asked for was my money back so I could take my car somewhere else where they would treat it better. Elite car wash took care of my car 100% better than E-Z car wash even attempted to. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they don’t treat your car like it’s about to go to the junk yard.

::they could have actually cleaned the I side more there were parts it was not vacuumed at all. When it is wipes down only partial was done. won't go back for a full detail maybe just a wash for $8

::BEWARE!!!!!!!I will never go back there!! I purchased a $30 car detail... as I usually stay outside and watch them, I had my niece with me and she wanted to stay in the lobby... when they were finished they told me my car was done, and everyone disappeared as I walked to my car....somethings told me to check my car... And of course something was missing...I confronted them about... and I thought that was it... but then I open my console and noticed my money was stolen!!!! They should have no business opening my console!!! I got back out of my car and confronted them again... they gave me my money that was stolen from their tip money. So again.... BEWARE!!!
