  Cleaning was decent and reasonably quick considering lunch time. Called today (1 week) later to inquire about a left personal belonging. Answered said good morning but when I told him what I was calling about he hung up and will not answer the phone again during subsequent call backs for inquiry about item. Decent work for wash but customer service is definitely lacking. Military discount only applies Monday-Thursday. I guess you can’t get out of the military on Friday - Sunday.

  Both my husband & I have been loyal customers for the past 8 years but, the changes at the Auto Bath have been so very disappointing. Yesterday during my visit I contacted the manager who was less than impressed with my concerns related to the terrible service. Not until then was I informed the business was no longer carrying any products in the store, they would not have an in store cashier and they would only provide indoor seating for detail customer to wait for their vehicle. The day was a beautiful sunny afternoon and there were only three cars including mine being washed. When I said it was clear the changes they had made must have shown a big decrease in business the manager said not at all, they had already washed over 100 cars by 11:00 am. The manager just did not care that he had lost 2 customers. It was a convenient location and good service but all that has vanished, it's a pity.

  I've been a customer here for years, bringing both my current and previous car here for regular washes. This most recent visit, however, was different. It appears that they are no longer a "full service" wash. They said that their policy had changed and that I now have to drive my own car through their wash and pull it around for their team to wipe down and do the interior. The covered area where they used to work had been torn down (I'm guessing they're remodeling) and they were just working on cars randomly in their parking lot. So the quality and service has gone down. What about the price? Nope. I normally get the $45 package on a regular trip there. $45 was always a bit overpriced for the quality of the wash, but you pay for the convenience of handing your keys to someone and letting them handle the rest. If I'm going to drive my own car through a wash, there are much cheaper options out there. Sad to see this place go down as they were conveniently located close to home. I'll gladly drive farther away for a proper full service wash from now on. Extremely disappointed as I very much enjoyed the service here prior to this change.

  I've been getting my car washed here for 5 years. Until recently, for $15 they would take your car, drive it through the car wash and the clean the inside (really well) while you waited inside. NO LONGER. The price has increased to $26, you drive yourself through the car wash and then (in my case) remind the service tech that the inside needs to be vacuumed and cleaned. They have permanently lost my business.

  !!Please read Before going!! If I could give a zero I would. Took my vehicle to get washed and it came out looking worse. Their machine ripped my factory spoiler off my car and then they tried to lie and say it wasn’t there machine. After I called the manager out and told him I was in the car and heard the machine rip my spoiler off was when they admitted it. After admitting it they refused to pay to fix my car and now I am forced to take them to civil court. Horrible place.
