I stayed at this location a year ago for two weeks when I first got in town and had no problems and found the place to be just fine, decent cleanliness, and staff fairly friendly. A few of the guest appeared to be a little on the shady side but I had no problems with. Upon returning to town again this year I returned to stay but did not find the same envirement as the last. The managment was very disrespectful and unprofessional, she made very unwelcoming statements, and had just a down right rude attitude, and I would not recommend the kind of public relations I received to a animal, let alone anithe human being. I am a Google guide and write reviews for many places that provide services to the public and I really can not remember the last time I felt so insulted and that my business was so unappreciated, and for no reason what so ever. I do not recommend this place to any friendly travelers or tourist... To be fair, the gentlemen that was the same working as the previous visit was very pleasant. But the lady that claimed to be head management was one of the worst customer services, I ever experienced.

This place is terrible. First of all the beds are hard as a rock, no coffee pot, you have to wash yr own towels. There is no pots or pans, no silverware, carpets are stained and dirty. At least the fridge was very cold. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...

Great. For extended work stays. Not big frills, but reasonable rates, nice accomodations, staff. Kitchenette, full size refrigerator, sink, small stove and microwave. Large flat screen and good channel selection. Good location to malls, restaurants, dwntwn, airport, golf, tennis, groceries, etc.

I was there for 6 weeks and really enjoyed the room. The room was extremely clean with a nice fridge. Nice bed with a nice view of a huge screen TV with lots of cable channels. I also was impressed with the Internet during my stay. I really enjoy Intown Suites in general because they offer a very good room at a good weekly rate but this was a great experience. The combination of good internet, lots of channels on a large flat-screen television, nice kitchen and large and clean room really made for a very enjoyable experience. I am very thankful to the housekeepers also. The sheets they replaced each week always were very fresh. I felt very comfortable in the room. The manager is very good at maintaining a nice property for her guests. I am from Colorado and the weekly rate was excellent for the quality of the room. I worked for a hotel a decade ago that was three times the price and the quality of the beds, amenities of the room did not come close to this Intown Suites. It also included a large sink in the kitchen, large fridge and nice microwave which I was good for the frozen veggies and tea that I really enjoy. There is lots of retail with a grocery store next block over. There is a large shopping mall with-in walking distance. With-in a half hour walk or short drive a huge outdoor shopping center with two huge grocery stores and dozens of eateries.

I'm staying the week here and InTown Suites, a place where I'm able to rest my head for about 1 week before an entrance in my official lease. The rooms are nice the bedroom okay, I feel like they could maybe you or provide better sheets and blankets but the AC and heat and directly to your right you're going to find a 42 inch TV so it's right next to your bed since you can just cozy up and watch some whatever it is that you watch. Hope this helps you out if you have any questions
