Helpful and friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast and quick airport shuttle. Pay attention to which shuttle you get in. I mistakenly jumped on the shuttle that was headed to Mexico to transport people for surgery. I realized it before the shuttle departed but I nearly went to Mexico unintentionally. Highly recommended hotel though.

The rooms need updating. The bathroom could use a good cleaning. There was hair and dirt on the floor. The spare tire was stolen from our vehicle overnight in the parking lot. The eggs in the morning were extremely watery like it was soup instead of scrambled eggs, no amount of salsa could help them. The make your own waffles, and the hot coffee were good!

Our room was clean, updated and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. My daughter was dropped off by a friend to the lobby. We weren't at the hotel yet. One of the staff gave her a free drink while she waited for us. The next morning we had to leave before breakfast was served, which is always disappointing, but they had bags for those who miss breakfast with breakfast items in them. Just a few extra nice touches that made our stay pleasant.

It was terrible. AC didn’t work in bedroom of suite, toilet didn’t flush properly, deep stains on arms of chair could have been handled but were not and TV sound/picture was out of sync. Plus they charged me $8.46 at front desk for two bags of chips and a small bottle of water. Clearly nobody inspects for readiness yet they have delusions of grandeur. They are not now a 3 star hotel. Have gone downhill badly since I last stayed. Would not recommend it.

If you are looking for a nice decent place to stay. Don’t stay here. Motel 6 is a better off option. I payed $200 for one night. The breakfast sucks. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The pool was dirty. For a big hotel like this one I will recommend to stay in a cheaper one for the same or better service.
