  Stayed here for a three day work trip and enjoyed the hotel's atmosphere. It's fairly new and very clean and comfortable. The staff was great! Ashley was very friendly and helpful to us when we asked what good local places there were to eat. Tried two of the and she was very right! Definitely will stay here on my next trip to San Antonio

  Excellent customer service Thank you Ashley for making our stay just like coming home! Awesome breakfast and great rooms. Wouldn't want to stay any place else.

  Horrible service. Will never come back again. Front desk lady had a bad attitude. The ac in our room was broken we asked a few times if they can fix it and they never did. We finally asked for another room then they said they were all booked even after i had just heard the other lady at front desk that they had one more room available. Then they have the audacity to call me and offer free room so i wont dispute the room charge with my bank because they didnt want to give me a refund. Never again.

  Staff was nothing short of amazing! I fell ill after my flight and the lady at the front desk named Ashley went above and beyond to help me. I can't thank her enough. The rest of the staff was incredibly nice as well. I appreciate you guys and would be more than happy to stay at your loca anytime I am in in the San Antonio area.

  Very clean. Breakfast was good. Comfy pillows and bed. Didn't have a problem falling asleep. I did enjoy a quick work out before i started my day. I would stay here again.
