  This place is not only disorganized but they waited three weeks before realizing my vehicle was going to be totaled. They did not stay on top of the paperwork or staying in contact with my insurance. They cost me an exorbitant amount of money and had nothing to say about their inability or lack of professionalism. Idiots! On top of all this, the Manager calls to tell me he wanted a resolution but had none to offer, merely wanted to pick a fight. Then proceeds to tell me he had not read my review but honestly "didn't care". All in all a complete joke and perpetually passed the buck to my insurance. Real quality customer service here!!!

  The technician said my repair would take 3 business days. On day 3, I had to call in the late afternoon to check on my truck. I was told it was just being sent back to paint and that they would call me when it was ready - probably tomorrow. I waited on day 4 for a phone call - nothing. I called around 5 to see if the truck was done. I was told by the gentleman on the phone that he didn't know the status of my truck but would call as soon as it was ready. Day 5 rolled around and I got so busy with work that it was past their closing time before I realized I did not get a phone call. Day 6 I had to call to see if my truck was done. The gentleman said yes, it has been ready for days. When I came to come pick it up, it was buried in snow (see picture). Needless to say, a terrible customer experience.

  Really good communication about the car I had to drop off after low-speed rear-end accident. It did take a while to fix, so I had to rent a car, but they kept me in the loop about it at all times and even let me leave the rental car at their lot, which was good because I had no one else to drive me around and didn't feel like riding buses just to get the car back to the rental place.

  Customer service was great here. They were honest with the estimating process giving me options. Once I made my decision to go with them, they handled all of the details with my insurance company so I didn't have to worry about a thing. My repair was made in a timely manner and when I got my vehicle back, they washed and vacuumed it! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Great job!

  Went there with my Grandmother to get some damage on her van appraised. Joe, technician maybe?, was so helpful. Took time to look at damage and research online for replacement parts, printed out different estimates. So professional. So friendly. Would recommend every time.
