  One of the service guys was very condescending and disrespectful very piss poor customer service but they do get you out quickly. I've been going there for years and I think I will switch, he said I should go ahead and go to Jiffy Lube which I will take up on that offer because his customer service was horrible!

  These guys do a great job! If you ask them to change your oil they change your oil. They don't try to upsell you services you don't need!

  Insta-Lube has been my go to place for oil changes for the past decade. Unfortunately the other two locations have shut down but this one is still open. Their prices are reasonable and the service is quick. I stay in my car during the change and it takes maybe 10 minutes. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need and they won't pressure you if they think you do need a part like an air filter. I'm very loyal to this business. It's hard finding a garage that'll treat you right and I haven't found any place better. Only complaint is the other locations were shut down. This location is not very convenient and it can be a pain getting across Center to get in, but these are minor gripes and don't take away from the excellent service and value. In over ten years of frequenting this business I've never left dissatisfied

  Travelling through from NH to Santa Monica. Decided that the car needed a service. Very fast and professional service. We highly recommend anyone travelling through. Good prices too!
