  I just got my SUV back from Dingman’s today and let me tell you... I’m fangirling over my own car! They cleaned her up so well, after a family member accidentally backed into it, and they even fixed a couple of extra non-accident related dents and divets for free, much to my surprise when I picked it up! Dingman’s made he process so easy and they had it done exactly when they said they would. Thank you so much Rick, Frank, and all the staff. Highly recommend :)

  This place is awesome. The insurance company that we had to deal with was awful, but these guys stood up for me and got me the repairs and body work that my car needed. Rick is great and easy to work with. He was always willing to offer updates and he even looked into a recall on my car while he had it. If I ever need work done again, I’m coming here for sure.

  Super great service, very friendly. Brought my car in with a broken bumper and super dirty. Left with a new bumper and spotless. Great service and great people.

  Asked to get an estimate for specific work but they got me a full estimate. Ok, nvm, I'll go elsewhere. **update** Rick followed up with me and sent me a revised quote of the work I wanted done. Will try them again in the future.

  Accidentally backed my brand-new car into a retaining wall. Found myself in a situation where getting the repair done for the amount Dingman's originally estimated would allow me to keep my current insurance rates, but if it went over even by a little bit, I would have a major premium increase. Travis at Dingman's on Saddle Creek called me literally every day my car was in their shop to keep me updated on how much the job was costing and whether they would be able to keep the estimate under the price I needed. In the end, they came in almost 20% under their original estimate. The repair was great quality, and they did a good job matching a tricky new metallic paint color from Honda. The folks at Dingman's provided outstanding customer service and did a good job matching a difficult paint color. If you need collision repair, I highly recommend Dingman's based on my personal experience.
