There's definitely place for improvement. Employees are super nice and helpful. Future tourists could be more mindful, as the hotel.was renovated just few years ago, I can see damages made by other visitors. The sewer smells really bad. Oh well....

The hotel is very nice and clean. Pool and bar are beautiful for the location, amenities are nice and rooms are a decent size. The only damper on our stay was consistent noise from the rooms surrounding us. As two young adults, we were hoping to sleep in past 6:30am as that comes with the "vacation". The walls are concrete, but if you have a conjoining door with another room, be prepared to hear it all. I know the hotel has no control over that, and they did send up someone quickly the first time we called. We were just disappointed with the quality of the doors between the rooms are so thin. If you're a going for relaxation ask for a room without the door just in case.

Great location, friendly staff and very accommodating. We organised a 10 day stay with an ocean view room (not partial ocean view room) but were disappointed that over 50% of the view were of buildings/concrete. Hotel staff transferred us to another room but it had a giant crane in front of it, so we returned to our original room. Although this was a frustrating experience (we had also just arrived from Sydney) and the queue was long to check into the hotel, hotel staff were very accommodating and did everything in their capacity to ensure we enjoyed our trip. Hotel staff including concierge, housekeeping, luggage handlers and in house services were all very nice and welcoming. Thank you

A nice hotel right along the water. Lots of shops. The food at Shor was a hit or miss. I only went for breakfast, but it was decent. I enjoyed SWIM. A nice happy hour and I really liked their cheese sauce πŸ˜„ The beds were super comfortable. I appreciate that all the rooms has balconies.

Awesome hotel! I'm staying here on my first stop in a 3 island tour! Everything has been topnotch at this hotel. Staff are quite willing to help with just about everything we've needed help with - even those things that have nothing to do with our stay at this hotel. For example, my travelling companions and I were trying to figure out what we could do on 2 days at the 3rd island because we didn't want to go on the excursions offered through our tour group. We came up with an idea (rent a car & check out the local area)but had no idea of the feasibility of our idea or how to make it happen. Just after we decided on the idea and decided to go ask for help, a very nice man named Alvin was walking by and asked if everything was okay. So we asked him about our idea. He was excited to spend about 30 minutes helping us & writing down the places to see on that island on those days. Then told us how to make a car reservation in such a way as to get a great deal on the car rental! So then we needed to talk to the guide for our multi-island tour (we needed to cancel an excursion through her company) and she confirmed that the hotel employee had given us a great list of places to see. Since she lives on that island, she knows all about the things to see/do there! Oh yeah, and the rooms & food are great too! And it's about a block from the beach! What more could you ask for!
