  Frankly I’m shocked by all the positive here. First off, this place is in very shabby conditions and I’m being kind when I describe it as shabby... (worn furniture, discolored bath tub, sliding doors that do not block out the noisy traffic sounds, not to mention the extremely noisy AC that leaks water outside on the patio). Oh let’s not forget that we have a view straight into another neighbor’s room... I swear you could almost jump from one lanai to another. Worst yet, they charge a $25 + tax resort fee per day... for what? I’m not sure bc the amenities here are definitely subpar compared to all the other hotels around here. The staff is very nice but honestly there are other places that are better value / experience for your money.

  They get four stars purly for the staff. The staff is very kind and helpful. If we ever had a question they had a quick knowledgeable answer. It's not the fanciest rooms but for the cost it's great

  I had a friend staying there and I visited. It's a small hotel and one of the two elevators was not working. Not too crowded like some bigger hotels. it's in a good location. The beach, shopping center, restaurants are all within walking distance.

  Great location near Waikiki beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated and the a/c is quite loud, but the lanai were great and the views were quite nice as well.

  This is a great hotel to stay at that is reasonable priced and close to shopping. Yes, the rooms may be a little dated, but the accommodations are just fine. Our kitchenette was just what we needed to store and prep a little food instead of eating out all the time. There is very limited parking available at this hotel, but we were lucky enough to get a spot in the garage for our stay.
