  We recently stayed at this hotel. It is older but quaint. Rooms were clean and the showers had good pressure. The pool was great after a long day of walking and shopping. The staff are friendly. We will definately stay here again. It is close enough to everything but yet far enough away from all the commotion.

  Do Not Stay Here! I repeat, don’t not stay here. I have never left a bad review in my life, but this place has it coming. The hotel is infested with cockroaches and the staff is completely clueless. I even brought a cockroach that I killed in my bed to the front desk and asked the staff if they would like to wake up to this....he then replied, “objectively? No. Obviously no one wants that. However this is Hawaii and we know we have a cockroach problem” Trust me when I say, go stay somewhere else. Anywhere else. Sorry to leave this review but I wish I could have read it before booking this place. It was embarrassing for my family and I felt terrible that I had booked it.

  Budget hotel in a fabulous area. Hotel is dated, staff was nice. But you can't beat the price for the location. It was great being able to walk to everything in Wikiki and experience the city there. I stayed here for 2 nights before moving to the North Shore for the rest of my vacation. I don't think I would want to spend my entire Hawaiian Vacation at this spot though. I found the north shore much more relaxing.

  Love this place, so friendly and helpful. Had to book quickly to take care of my fathers illness. They were so accommodating and very kind. Location in Waikiki perfect, amenities great. Will be returning in March for my fathers memorial with lots of other family members.

  The rooms may not be as nice as the Hilton, but the amenities, the customer service, the on-site parking lot and the location are great. I will only come to this hotel because they have a kitchenette in every room supplied with utensils, pots and pans, plates and anything needed to cook in your room and a refrigerator to keep your leftovers and beverages in. You cannot count on on-street parking or the paid parking to be available so it is nice they have their own lot with reserved parking for their guests. They are also located across the street from the International Marketplace, there is a quick shop open extremely late next door and within walking distance from the beach. I cannot say enough about the staff. They are all very pleasant and personable and I enjoy speaking with them. If I ever return to Oahu I will definitely stay there again.
