  Very upscale kitchy. The bedding is top quality and yes full feather pillows. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The location is ideal if shopping is on your list and just a 5-10 minute walk to the Ferry building. Don't miss Marianne's the very cool speakesy connected to the hotel. Food service from the Cavalier was outstanding and the whole scene is fun and intimate. We'll be back!

  This review is just for the bar/lounge area. Very cool area to go for drinks after work. Nice plentiful seating. Has a pool table, VR gaming area, soccer ball plinko, and ping pong. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Drinks are kinda pricey and bartenders are not the fastest. But overall I would recommend Hotel Zetta for a great place to mingle and drink.

  Quiet, clean, and comfortable. This hotel hits the basics and everything else is icing to me. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I had an issue checking in and they held my bags while it was being taken care of and I appreciated it. I also appreciate the security. The elevator is only usable with a room key. The in-room amenities are great and has everything you need. Including extra blankets (which I needed). The bar and hang out areas are great. I've spent time there before with friends, but this was my first stay. Would recommend. It's in an excellent location as well.

  Absolutely The Best! Let me first start out by saying that I have been traveling on business and personal for over 20 years and have stayed in many hotels, international & domestic. Hands down, THE BEST hotel experience I have ever had staying anywhere! And the best staff ever!! Staff were friendly, accommodating and no request was too big nor too small to fulfill. Lobby was cool and stylishly designed---even had a cool VR room to experience. Lobby was small, but not cramped and served the space perfectly which blended into the surroundings marvelously. Rooms were tidy, clean, stylish and good size for a "boutique hotel". Bathroom was big and amenities were upscale and plentiful. My special request before I arrived was fulfilled and without question or hesitation. If you want a great boutique hotel in the heart of the city at a great price, this will be your go-to hotel!!! We will be staying here on our next visit coming up in the spring for sure. And if their sister properties (The "Z" hotels) are anything like the Zetta, I will be leaving a favorable reviews for those properties too!!!!!!

  Fantastic location with easy access to all Union square activity and public transportation. The hotel has a nice modern boutique look. Classy but certainly not pretentious. The room I had was perfect. Every expected amenity including a safe is provided. The bed was comfortable and despite the urban location it was perfectly quiet at night inside. There is valet parking only but it's the usual San Fran pricing so expect to pay around $60/night. Nearby lots offers overnight parking for less if you don't mind a bit of a walk.
