Clean and the staff was nice. Our flight the next day was cancelled, but the staff was accommodating and informative. I would stay again.

Very good location and well priced. Only bad thing is that there is no bar. The staff are friendly and the hotel is quiet. Breakfast is great and pizza place in the evening is tasty too. Recommended for young travellers who aren’t spending much time in the hotel.

Pros: Great Location. The hotel is less than a 2 minute walk from the MBTA station, and very close to Copley Place and the Public Garden, among other attractions. Cons: Not very clean, felt cheap, and the walls have poor insulation (I can hear people in the room next to us use the bathroom and bits of there conversations while I'm in bed). The most disappointing part with our stay was how the faculty handled complaints. On our last night there we had some teenagers throw a party in the room next to us. Because of the poor wall insulation, we could here everything and feel the base from there music. I called the front desk a couple of of times who assured me they would take care of it, but as they got more wild and has more people came over to their room, I went to the front desk to talk with them, who didn't even call their room from our last couple of conversations. Another neighbor came to complain about them the same time I did. The only effort the front desk did was call their room to have them settle down, but he told me to "give them a break because it's still early (8:00 PM) on a weekend night and they're waiting to have fun." That really turned me off, and I asked him to knock on their door to have them settle down, but he declined telling me to give them till 10:00 and see if they're still the same. I asked if he could please move them to a different room but he said he could only move us if it was a problem. It got so bad my wife and I had to pack up and move rooms, and the hotel did nothing to accommodate us.

Basic hotel but clean, comfortable and well priced for the great location right next to the Hancock building. The rooms are small but have all the necessities. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Downstairs is a nice coffee shop. 100 Clarendon offers overnight parking. You can get your ticket validated to save six dollars a night if you are staying in the hotel.

I'm giving them a 3 because of the history & beauty of the building and kudos to the "cleaning staff" for the pride they take in their jobs. I am handicapped, NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR US! You have to park in a garage around the corner and tote your items yourself. Also, beware when you are told the hotel pays for the parking! Guess I miss understood...it cost $70 for 2 days & that is with the Hotel comp. Beautiful area of Boston. The architecture is GRAND! N~
