  Love coming here and I see incredible results! The staff is phenomenal, down to earth and at the same time give you the workout of your life. Great and convenient hours and class sizes aren't packed so it feels very personal. Highly recommend this facility and blows any other kickboxing place out of the water. I started off with a trial and have become a member. Don't miss out!

  Excellent place to get in shape. Staff is extremely friendly and kick your butt for an hour straight and I love it. I went there on a free trial and became a member right after that class was over. Special shout out to Aiden who is such a nice dude and keeps you motivated to keep going. Thanks guys glad to be apart of the family!

  Found this place on Groupon.... I bought trail and made my self a member now.... The place is very clean, staff is very helpful... greatest workout I had in a long time. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family...

  If you’re looking to get a great full body workout all while having fun and learning new things then Hooked Kickboxing is the place to be! The classes are always filled with people and intense, you get an amazing workout for every part of your body. The trainers are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Every time you leave a class you leave with a new technique. Although it’s a group class it’s very personal as well, the trainers make sure to walk around and go up to every person and give some one on one time. Overall I highly recommend Hooked to anyone who wants a great personalized workout every time while still having fun doing it
