  Never thought I’d be into yoga, or hot yoga, but after taking my first class here, I completely fell in love with it. I’ve been coming here consistently for the past two weeks. My first time taking the class, I left my phone right next to the exit, and it was still there when I came back to look for it 45 mins later. Great place with amazing hot yoga classes and kind people. That’s all I gotta say.

  This a wonderful yoga studio in Queens. The classes are great, and the people a really nice and genuine. It has a great, down-to-earth vibe, which is what I want in a yoga studio.

  I never thought I would try hot yoga but I took a chance, went, and loved it! The staff made me feel welcome right away. There is a great first-time client deal ($25 for 15 unlimited days), a wide variety of hot yoga class options, and instructors that are thoughtful and dedicated.

  Have been a member at HotYoga4You RVC for quite a few years now and would highly recommend it to anyone serious about improving their health and well being. The teachers are wonderful and supportive, and the hours and the location are very convenient. Without a doubt it has been a worthwhile investment for me.

  I love everything about this hot yoga class. I've tried different gym and exercise, even the power plate. I finally found what's really works for me and had changed me psychically and mentally from this hot yoga. I started 2012 Jan. It was my New Year resolution to get healthy and get back in shape. It was my smartest decision I ever made aside from marrying my husband. I truly see the result after a month, I gain more energy. After 8 months, I see my waistline again and less stress. When I stopped going for few months, I noticed my body quickly went back with belly fats and low energy and even got moody. Now, hot yoga is part of my lifestyle and it balance me from being a mom of 2 kids and working full time in the high level of stress -fashion industry and a part time job. I love the 60 minutes vs. 90 minutes class. The 60 minute class is spontaneous and focus, I get the same results and fit my crazy schedule much better. Your Health is Your Wealth.
