  I love this gym so much. I've trained at most of the Muay Thai gyms in NYC, but this place is truly special, not least because of their world class strength training program. Between Dave Wai Moy's fantastic Muay Thai coaching, Andrew Rivera's strength program, and the amazing team mates at every level, it's really hard to imagine a better place to train!

  Excellent instructor in Dave. There was a lot of banter but when it was time to train and learn the entire class took note. I learned a lot and had a blast! I'll definitely be back

  Great environment to train and work out in! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging! The instructors are caring and motivating as well!
