Beautiful hotel, but the parking garage is awful for anything bigger than a sedan. Could barely move an F-150 through it. Felt like they oversold the parking as well, spent probably half an hour over two days looking for a spot. I'd stay here again, and would recommend it to a friend. Beds are super comfy and location is amazing. Beautiful lobby too. Staff was helpful and polite.

Very nice hotel. Great parking, very nice restaurant and bar. Room service was quick and the food was awesome. The rooms are really nice but a little dated. Right across the street from CenturyLink Center Omaha and within walking distance to tons of restaurants bars in stores.

Refused to honor Hilton Status perks due to the fact that my company was paying for the room. Talked to Hilton Honors Customer Care said that some properties choose to ignore status and loyalty unless you pay for the room personally. It is the General Managers Discretion. Poor decision. Not looking for points or credit just a bottle of water and breakfast. Seems stingy. I will choose different hotel when I come to Omaha on personal travel and avoid Hilton as a whole now.

What an amazing hotel! Traveled to Omaha for the elite eight games and booked a room as close as I could get to the arena. Didn't know until I got there that this hotel has its own catwalk connecting it to the center! Also during the games the hotel parking was for guests only, so pulling right up and valet parking was another huge bonus! Friendly staff and a great restaurant in the lobby make this an excellent choice for any travelers, especially if you're attending an event at the Arena!

Paid cash for the room. Had to use card for file. 10 min later, we was charged for our rooms on the card. So talked to them about it. After quite some time, we got our cash back. Charges later popped up for parking. Called and talked to them about it. It was taken off and fixed. Then we check out and an hour later and more charges on card. Over charged several times...watch out people.
