  I was forced to rent a car when my car had a minor car accident and it had to go to the body shop. The rental was brokered by the body shop I didn't really know who I was renting from so I didn't check the reviews first. The car they gave me ( a gray Kia Optima) smells heavily of cigarette smoke, is very dirty and had less than half tank of fuel, but was mentioned in the rental agreement as half full. I called back the same day and asked them for a replacement. They said that they don't have anything available. They promised to call the next day. They never called. I checked online and they had many cars available. So I called again the next day and complained again. They couldn't care less. The person I spoke to lied freely and said he is aware of the car that I had and had no smell of smoke in it. He also said that they might have other cars available but they will not give them out as replacement. Horrible !!!
