  Do not go to this enterprise they charged my card after saying everything is covered and then when I tried calling them gave me the run around and some bull story about how they can’t refund it till they speak to the employe that is away on vacation

  Horrible!!!!!!!!! It was the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life! The manager at this location was VERY RUDE and tried to find every excuse not to rent me the car... Eventually he realize he could not find any excuse not to rent me the car, Despite spending almost 45 minutes trying to find one, When I had somewhere important to be at a certain time. So he had no other choice but to rent it to me...... I pick the car up at 2pm on a weekend and was supposed to returned it back at 2pm on a Saturday. The manger never bother to tell me they close at 1pm on Saturday. I got back to the rental office at 1:45 on Saturday to find out they was close. I called the customer service number to tell them what happened and to see if i could drop it off at another location, She then told me there was nothing she can do and they would charge my card for another 2 days because the don't open back up to Monday. At this point i wanted to drive the car through the building!!!! I will NEVER rent from then again!!!

  I was traveling out of state, I was on Long Island, unfortunately I ended up in a bad car accident. Enterprise stepped up and took great care of me. The staff here are excellent. They called to make sure everything was okay the next day, this is a very well-managed business and if I lived on Long Island I would use it all the time.

  I have had to rent a car twice over the past few months due to repair issues on my car. I am able to walk to this place from my home. I found them to be very courteous and efficient. The cars were clean. They explained all of the charges. I needed to extend the rental on one of them. It was done quickly over the phone. While I hope not to have to rent a car I am relieved to have such a great place nearby.

  Excellent service, fast and courteous when arriving had me out of there within 10 minutes when picking up and faster when dropping off. Offered a ride to and from the body shop, or wherever i needed. No out of pocket expense insurance covered $50 per day they made it work with a compact SUV.
