  This place is rude and incompetent. Did not have truck for my moving day even though I had a credit card guaranteed reservation. Way to ruin my moving day and cost me hundreds of extra dollars to find another way to get it done. Stay away from this place. This will only happen to you as well. Shame on Budget for letting this shady operator drag down the Budget name.

  Really bad customer service. If I could I would rate this place no stars. The owner of the place is very unprofessional and didn’t want to even bother helping me out with an issue. Don’t recommended anyone to this place

  This is my favorite location for Budget! The staff(Vinny and Mrs Shirley) are wonderful people! They are more than helpful, remember you and just down to earth!
